A73 touch

Hi. First time to use samsung phone. Is it normal that screen "touchability" is not that responsive? I mean i have to press again and again just for it to move or appear. I tried diagnostic and though some don't seem to be touched on first try that i have to individully select the blocks that re missed, dignostic says normal. This is not what i experienced in the other brnd though. I am still under 7dy relacement so i need your your thoughts before i go back tothe store. Thnks

Ps. Hard to press letters are mostly located t left side of the keypad

Just go and replace it, I also have a73, and my only problem is the Power button sliding up or down which is I don't know if it is normal...

Anyways if you have a screen protector, samsung has a feature on Settings > Display > Touch Sensitivity... try to turn it on first and let me know if it was fixed

Thank you, I have experienced this even no screen protector but somehow, doing your suggestion helps! Will continue to monitor though.

May I asked on how's your power button, is it wiggling up and down whenever you try to wiggle it or it just stays on position?

Mine is firm and does not wiggle. You can to have it replaced especially if it's still under replacement.
