Issue with GPS ( unusable with Maps) always disconnecting as well as Wifi very poor signal strength.

You can restart your phone and troubleshoot it following the procedure you can find in Google.

Yes already done that. Reset. Factory Reset. Everything. It started after the One UI 2.0 Update. That was a while ago, so its basically a software issue.
