After 2 years since n bili ko yung A50 last 2019 eh wala ng support or upgrade ang android ver. ng phone ko. Napakaisi nmn ng support ng SAMSUNG s mga unit nito, hindi mn lang sana nag extend atleast one year. 😭😭😭

Hi! Actually Samsung has better software support than other chinese brands wherein they are either shipped with outdated OS, none or only 1 year support and if ever there is, most are buggy.

Last year it was announced that almost all models will now get atleast 3years software update and 4years security update.

Good for 3 years atleast but with my A50 i get only 2 years from 2019-2021. 😟

Since my 1st used of Android phone am not using any chinese brand. All of my unit is made only by SAMSUNG. But my last 2 android galaxy v and mini prime not get upgrade. I only get upgrade from J7 pro and with my A50.
