Try updating via Smart Switch on your PC. You may have to install it first from the Samsung website.

I'm used to seeing a list here when the devices will get their respective updates. Can't find one for the One UI 5.0 or I'm just not looking thoroughly. Well, once Samsung relays the update to the Telcos here and its up to the Telcos to offer OTA update. Checked on a list from a website and mine is due December 2022.
