Hye..i have updated to latest version software. After update,i no longer receive messages. Its a bit troublesome for me when it comes to online banking. No longer receive the TAC @ AIC number. Model phone Samsung Galaxy A12. Anyone can help me?

Try this troubleshoot:

1) Go to setting
2) Click Apps
3) Click the 3dots on top right
4) Choose Special Access
5) Click Use premium sms
6) Select always allow

Note that this is usually also the problem from the telco itself.

U try clear banking app caches or updated yr banking app to the latest version . Uninstall banking app & redownlaod the app n see how .
