Help!! I'm ready to throw my samsung a15 away. My apps keep refreshing which is really annoying when I go from app to app. Have stopped them from running in the background.
The a15 is a budget phone and is really not made for much more than just making phone calls and messaging people. It has very little ram so that might be why it keeps doing that. Try resting the phone. Has it been doing this since it was brand new?
Thank you for that. Makes sense now I know a15 is a budget phone, some of my issues make sense. Wasn't aware of that when purchased. Not sure about when I noticed this issue as I've come from iphone and thought it could be operator error haha.
Yeah, as @Camerk mentioned, the a15 is quite a budget phone. The 4gb of ram means apps can't stay in the background.
I also had an A16, and I understand what you're going through. As a backup, basic phone, it is amazing. 6 years of updates is much appreciated. But as a main phone, I got an A35 and that's been smooth for me.
I'd try and trade in for the new A36. Go into the store and have play first though!
I would try factory reset if still persist try developer's settings but a caution of warning if you don't understand it do not attempt. I would recommend that you check with someone who has this knowledge of this setting function. All else fail buy a A55 5g a little pricey but does work well with me.
