Is there a solution to stop the apps from running in background? Even I restarted my phone, the apps are still the same from where it I leave. I think it's the reason why my phone drains so fast after the one ui 8 update.

Try to change in settings ->>>> go to apps, select the app you want, click battery and set to optimized or restricted
