Hey everyone,
For those who are experiencing battery drain problems on A53 or any A series after software updates, first thing to do is reset(clean data) every app and restart your device and check if that solved the battery issue. Of course, you can also do clear cache in recovery but the main problem you will face is the apps. Personaly, i do this and it helps very much.

I'll recommend recharging the phone and shutting it down completely, for battery calibration
