Galaxy AWell, you're not going to like this idea, probably..
But if you Factory Reset your device, it will clear the data in /data/system/batterystats
BUT, if the Phone Diagnostics are saying that the battery's health is bad, I think that I might look at getting the battery replaced, or a new phone?

Galaxy ALet the battery drain down to about 5%.
Open the Dialer and type:
*#0228#
Click on Quick Start and let the phone Reboot.
See if the battery percentage has changed.
You may need to repeat this a few times.
Charge the battery to 100%
Open the Dialer and type:
*#9900#
Click on Battery Stats Reset.
Reboot.

Galaxy ATrue😅 I don't really like to factory reset my device... But I'll do it if I really have to. I'll probably get my battery replaced. Thank you for your advices!

Galaxy AFor people trying this, you need to type in these codes manually. Or at least the last #. Calling it won't work.
