Galaxy AIf you can, could you use another device to take a picture of what you see?
It sounds like you are describing a display / app setting (dpi / zoom), more than a hardware issue, as from what I understand, the display is fine, until you open an app?

Galaxy AThat looks like it might be either Edge Touch, or One Hand Operation from Good Lock.
Check to see if you have either of those Good Lock Modules installed & If you do, disable them, and it should be corrected.

Galaxy ATry this;
Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support (bottom right), Diagnostics & View Tests, run the Diagnostics for the Display & see if you get any error messages.

Galaxy AYou can try;
- Booting into Safe Mode & see if they are still there?
- You can try Booting into Recovery & Wipe Cache, but I don't think that will fix it?
- Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.
The last thing I can think of would be to visit a Samsung Service Centre & get your device checked out by a tech.
