hi, few days after software update of samsung a71 totally black screen happen, ginawa ko ang mga recommendation at iba pang advice still no work.pero pag kino call ko nagri ring naman.
dinala ko na sa tech sabi palitan daw ng lcd screen. any tips will highly appreciated po.tnx

There is no better way but to submit your device to Samsung Authorized Service Center in order to have it assess and pinpoint the root cause of the issue.
So sad. ang nakakalungkot pa nito dinala ko sa Samsung service center at upon partial quotation nila 4 parts ang papalitan at puwede pa raw madadagan inc lcd php 6,436 di pa kasama labor. all in all php 9,219.
