After finding my Bluetooth on after startup in a public place when I was sure it was off before shutdown, I turned it off, shut down and went home. I started up at home and to my disappointment Bluetooth was on again. I was positive this time. Hmm... I installed Samsung Tutor and called Samsung. With the help of a representative we had disabled and completely removed any possibility of using Bluetooth. The next day it happened again near a similar public area. I changed passwords for apps and sites. I have now taken to changing my lock screen security methods twice a day and it finally stopped today but man this has me freaked out. Can someone explain what may be doing this???

Probably any third party app is creating issue.

Goto settings>connections>bluetooth>3 dots>advanced> and check the bluetooth control history by apps.
And then you can take action as per your wish.

Or you can goto settings>general management>reset> and reset network settings.

Or

Probably, you should simply do factory reset. And I hope this will fix the issue.

But be careful, it will erase all data. Just backup before performing factory reset.

Thank you maxfield034.

Hi, as suggested by maxfield034 please perform network reset and check.

If that doesn't work, you might need to perform backup and factory reset the device.

Please follow the steps in given links to perform backup and factory reset.
