Brief pop-up setting: edge lightning style

This setting in my galaxy a12 is not working anymore. Why? I like this notification setting, it's cool.

Maybe you turned on the reduced animations

Reduce animation setting is already off, already in grey. Still didn't work.

It works but unfortunately it will be disabled when it turn off screen completely.
