Just recently bought samsung A54 5G last dec 30 as a gift for my self i was tempted to buy one because i'm such a fan of samsung ever since and the 2nd thing is there's a free samsung BUDS FE. But the moment i purchase the phone they told me that there's no available buds Fe at the moment and i should wait for a week before getting one. But until now halos 2 weeks n wla p rin silang update regarding sa head set n suppose to be makukuha ko n dapat upon purchasing the phone kasi nga freebie sya and naka advertise sa mga commercial and social media ads nila yun pero ayung nga till now wla p rin.. nakaka disappoint sa totoo lng. Thinking na dun p ako bumili sa mismong "EXPERIENCE STORE" NILA!!!

Yes 1st week pa lang pinuntahan ko n agad sa mismong physical store sa sm mall na pinagbilhan ko puro unsure promises lng nakuha ko like i tetext n lng po kyo sa no. Nyo pero til now wla nmn text sana khit specific date man lng kung kailan tlga makukuha kasp wla eh. Nakipag live chat n din ako sa samsung support 2x already but again i only recieved apologies and promises din. Ang unfair lng n yung iba nakuha nila yung freeboes nila bit yung sakin wla.

But it's also possible na wala talaga stocks. The FE is in demand, especially kung naka bundle as freebie. Try calling the store every week. Siguro after 1 month na wala pa rin, post ka ulit. We'll try to help you out.

I already talk to a samsung sale dept staff confirming kung may n receive n akong any info from the samsung store n pinagbilan ko they ask if nag bigay b ng specif8c date man lng sana yung store ang sabi ko wla. Sana kasi kung wlang stock ininform nila agad kmi bago kmi nag avail or yun nga sana may date man lng pra hndi mukang nag hihintay k sa wala SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE STORE pa naman yung tag line ng shop tpos ito lng na experience ko..

FYI, all stores are really called SES (Samsung Experience Stores) as part of their branding. I understand your frustration, and I agree. Kung walang stock dapat sinabi kaagad nung store. Kaya nga I suggested to call the store and ask for updates for the next 2 to 3 weeks. Tapos kapag wala pa rin, mag post ka dito ulit. Either myself or one of the Members Stars will help you out.

First and foremost they didn't provide any contact number for me to call. if they do, i could have called eons ago so i went to that very same store a week after the purchase since they said it'll only take a week. Unfortunately wla akong nakuhang good result khit promise wala! So in short i just wasted my time. Tumawag sakin yung isa sa samsung staff not of that store but yung sa samsung n mismo in general asking if they gave me anything like due date etc i said wala i only got an apology from them and another "p wait na lang po"! If this took another week pa i'll complain straight to DTI n since that dec. Promo is still under DTI p rin. Ayoko n mag ulit ulit ng punta dun just to received an apology balik na lang po kayo ulit. If i only knew it earlier that this will be thos hassle sana sa ibang store na lang ako pumunta or better yet di na ako na samsung.
