Hello, who is experiencing a Mic issue after the last update?

My mic occasionally not working, I need to restart the phone so it will back again.

I know it is not a hardware issue since if it is hardware then my mic will totally not work whatever I do. 

This just happened after the update.

Hi Jhē, i have the same issue but prior the update of one ui 3.1. My microphone won't work for calls and headset, untill i found out the it was the youtube apps that causes the problem everytime i use it will suddenlly close and won't work, what i did is to uninstall the recent update for youtube app, and so far it goes well and rectified the issue until the recent update for latest version android 11.
You may try to diagnose your microphone issue by checking in samsung member interactive checks, if it doesn't work then try to wipe cache partition, you must plug you phone to PC using cable adapter long press maximize and power button, release if the reboot system appear and it redirect you to wipe cache partion. I hope you'll find this helpful and rectify your mic issue as soon as possible.

I already talked to your customer care via chat, and they referred to me to go to the nearest service center. Please do check reports here. You can see a lot has experiencing mic issues after the system update. Even on a usual call when dialing or someone called on your number the mic isn't working, so I am pretty sure this is not about something uninstalling app like messenger,etc. Coz on the phone's regular call activity mic isn't working too. This is a bug for sure. Please check.
