Galaxy AI checked my memory cache and under "apps not used", it also says for me that calls and text on other devices is using memory (about 20 mb as of writing). This is after I turned it on, cleared cache, turned it off and clearing cache again. I guess it must just run in the background no matter what?
Unless you've downloaded something off a random site or clicked a suspicious link recently, I wouldn't be concerned about malware on your device.

Galaxy AHi @Kite100, as Call & Text on other devices is a feature part of the software, it may run in the background as a result of various factors such as software updates being installed.
Hope this clarifies things.

Galaxy AHi kite
I would not "just ignore" anything on your phone that you do not use yet it is running in the background. You can always your search engine why... also see if it gives you a URL which you can references. But always be concerned. With the "open licenses and anyone can be a developer" you just never know. Better safe than sorry :)
