camera problem

after i updated my phone Samsung A51 to its latest version of Android 12, it seems that my camera is not working properly, evevrytime i took a photo and videos, the image and the videos will not be displayed and cannot be played...how to fix this??? anyone m, who has and idea how to fix this.....thanks....

Have you tried factory reset?

Do a reset first before going into recovery. Some apps are tend to fail when updating fota (firmware-over-the-air) in any latest o.s version, doing a factory reset is your best shot.
