Have you experienced not receiving OTP on your phone even your number can still send/receive text messages?
These are what I did to troubleshoot:
1. Turned off/on Airplane mode.
2. Phone restart.
3. Swaped SIM slots.
4. Checked Messages settings.
5. Made sure on the website that the registered number is correct.
6. Tried to register a new number on the website to check if it would work.

7. Changed to 2G on settings.
At first, I really thought the problem is my SIM, but now I'm considering the phone. I don't know if I'm right but my frustration on this is growing. Please help.
If you can receive other messages, then neither the phone or sim is the problem. I think its the server of your website, might be busy at the moment you tried.
If you think its the phone, try inserting your sim to another phone to receive the OTP.
