Cannot Edit Lockscreen Contact Info

Hello,

Is there any way to edit my Lockscreen Contact Info on my A52S-5G? I think the last 2 or 3 official updates disabled this. Now I want to update it, but nowhere it can be found on the menus.

You can access your Lock screen contact information by going to Settings > Lock screen > Contact information.

Hello, the "Contact Information" menu is not avaialble anymore in the latest software version. I will attach my screenshot. Now I am stuck with the old contact info.

Thanks for bringing this up. Seems like a software issue, so let's report this properly and get this fixed!

I'll be sending an error report regarding this, but you can help the process along by sending one yourself. You can do this straight from your Samsung Members app through Support > Send feedback > Error reports. Sending your screenshots will be useful for our devs!

Really sorry about this. In the meantime, both the Galaxy Store and the Google Play Store have tons of apps that let you customize how your lockscreen works. Maybe while the Contact Information feature is missing, you can try them out?

Thanks a lot. I noticed this I think 2 or 3 software updates ago until now. Attached is my latest version. Not sure if it started on the major One UI update. But definitely it was available on One UI 4.0.

Thanks, and I also reported it already based on your instruction. Hope to get the update soon. This is my first time to post on this App. I mostly seen bugs before and eventually being resolved (I just relied on other members). I think I would be more active now in contributing to the community.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
