Cannot recieved a call.

Why my samsung a52 5g cannot recieve a call. But if i transfer my sim to another phone can recieve a call..anyone can help me here will greatly appreciated thanks.

When i dial my service network provider on this phone *143# it appear invalid mmi code.

try setting to 2g and see if you can tecrive call
