Cant send message to 5 digit bank number

Hello, my online bank sometimes ask me to send reply such as Send Money pr Add Device. But I cannot send reply using this phone.

Please help. I need to enable it.

I am using Globe Philippines Simcard... Samsung Galaxy A23

reset your message app, you might have selected "do not send" as default into numbers that aren't in standard format
