Does it keep on popping in your screen or you went to the security certificates to check the certificates? I suggest just don't touch anything in there, or trust any suspicious ones which is attempting to install into your device.

no, but I always see this on my notification bar. I don't understand what it means that's why I'm asking because it bothers me a lot. anyway, thank you for the advice and response 💕

You can tap Remove. As long as it doesn't affect your phone's performance, trusting that certificate isn't a need.

It's an odd certificate coz I don't have that, I asked my cousin who owns the same device as you and he couldn't find that certificate.
Have you tried reaching out to Samsung Support?
