Charging problem

My samsung A71 (newly bought) had charging problems where it would get stuck from 98 to 99 to 97, when i found out earlier the adaptor wasnt put in very well i fixed it and the 97 depleted to 96 while charging

im glad im not the only one. i got mine May 9 and i immediately noticed the issue during the first charge, stuck at 97%. yesterday was worse, it was stuck from 60% overnight and then it discharged to 45% when i woke up.and its even plugged properly. the HELL.
I use all original accessories.  it's so annoying when you buy new stuff and then you get this kind of experience. Samsung, if you're listening please FIX THIS! this phone is NOT cheap. sorry for the rant.

i recommend to you is drained the battery first into zero percent before you used and charge to 100%...

Hi I do experienced the same.ut stock at 96% and when I tried to switch it off it goes to 100% just got this phone May 18.
