I can't charge my phone using my Samsung charger, I was able to charge it with another charger however, the first one charged it very slowly, and the other one only charged it until 80%. Which do you think has a problem, the charger or my phone's charging port?
It's possible that the charging cord you are using is faulty. On the other hand please check the charger wattage which will explain the fast charging vs. Normal charging
Kindly check your battery protection settings if it is set to 80%. This might be the reason why the device charges until 80% only. Other than this, it's also possible that the wire is indeed faulty or fast charging is not enabled under 'Charging Settings'
