34° to 35° then back to 34°

Let it settle for awhile before charging it again. You can also try turning it off before charging it again.

i tried but its showing a yellow triangle warning sign and not charging

Have it cool down first. Let it settle for awhile like for 30 minutes. Put it on a cold surface, but don't put it on the fridge. The cold floor will suffice. If the problem persists, have it checked to the nearest service center near you, there might be a problem with the battery or something faulty with your hardware.

you need to bring your phone to the nearest authorized samsung service center
