connection problem @ fingerprint error..

Assalammualaikum.. Hey... i just wanna ask to all of u did anyone here got a network problem, i mean either wifi or mobile internet. My phone samsung A7 sometime cant open any app if i connect it through wifi, when i switch to mobile data the apps can load.. i wonder why it happen. Before this it load better when i use both.. and 1 more thing, lately my phone got problem with fingerprint error.. not once but every time i wanna use it to  unlock my phone..

kindly go to Samsung experience store see where the samsung consultant can give u a help. somethings is software issue

i try reset my phone 1st.. then if still not ok i will send it to samsung exp. store.. thank you very much.. 🙂
