I've had my a53 for about a year now. It's a mostly good phone, except for one thing, the bluetooth connection keeps failing. I will be on a call and the headphones cut out and the phone hangs up. I will be listening to music and the headphones or my speaker cuts out and the phone stops playing music. I've taken it to a number of places and each time they have said its fixed but it isn't. Sometimes in a half hour period the phone cuts out at least two or three times. I've pretty much had it, if I can't get it working properly it will be going in to a sink full of water and I will get my old iPhone out. I'm disappointed because I've heard that samsung are very good, it's not my experience I'm afraid.

Go to settings then from the search magnifying 🔍 which is on the very top right of the settings type 'reset bluetooth' then tap on the option.
If you do this your bluetooth and WiFi will be reset together so you need to pair all your bluetooth devices again and you need to re-enter your WiFi password.1723464443510.jpg

Are you wandering around whilst this happens? If so you might be going out of wi-fi network range. If you have wi-fi calling turned on and go out of range the call drops out. I don't know if this is a good suggestion given music cutting out. Note if this is the cause the 2 4 Ghz wi-fi network signal travels further than the 5Ghz
