I just got a new phone last weekend - a Samsung A70. My SIM card came from my last phone. The contacts that came with it are still saved in my phone BUT there is a big problem. Any time one of my contacts calls me, it still comes up Private Number. Nothing else. It wont let me save the number calling me. I've tried saving my contacts onto other options like just the phone and my email addresses. Nothing works. Does anyone have any advice? I'm pretty frustrated with it. Thanks!

what about your caller ID with your provider?? did you get that?? if yes then try this,
go to contacts app from your phone, then tap on the option icon the 3 bars on the upper left corner, then manage contacts, then import contacts from sim..

There should be a function to copy your contacts from your sim to your phone. u should be able to export from sim and import it to your phone.
see if that helps.
