Developer settings don't work

These theming options in the Developer options don't work. Any update?

Restart your phone after setting it to your desire accent color so that the settings will take effect.

Already did. Didn't work. Samsung shouldn't put things that never tested.

Tell her you cannot clear accent color cache because it's not in the system apps in One UI 2.0. Also, the phone is not rooted so it's impossible. I'll just wait for the next software update.
