Device Can't Recognize Phone Number

My Device Seems to Not Recognize My Phone Number I Have Tried Some Method To Fix The Issue But Hasn't Worked. Does Anyone Know A Solution?

Have you tried to use a different phone? Is your number recognised?

my device also shows the same on one of the 2 simcards i inserted. simcard 1 can recognize my number, but simcard 2 shows 'unknown'. nevertheless, it won't affect your device functionality.
