Discoloration and Continously Flickering Samsung A71

Last night my phone started to have a discoloration on screen, and this morning my phone keeps on blinking, when I'm turning on the phone it suddenly turning off. I already tried turning on the safe mode but it doesn't fixed the issue. I found in Samsung Website about the Screen Replacement, does Screen Replacement includes fixing the LCD and the problem of my phone? Please help me :(

Did this happen after a software update? A few of our A series users have been reporting similar issues. I doubt wiping cache partition will help. Have you tried calling customer service or taking your device to a service center?

I didn't download the software update, should I download it first? I'm actually planning on taking my device to a service center this week.
