The reason it's disabled or greyed out is the A23 doesn't have a stereo speaker but rather a single bottom-firing speaker, that's why it's greyed out if you don't plug in wired headphones or use Bluetooth earbuds. You need a device with a stereo speaker for Dolby atmos to work without plugging in wired headphones or using wireless earbuds.

No, wired earphones doesnt disable Dolby Atmos. Maybe there are other sound settings that were enabled that will contradict the funtionality of the feature so try checking the samsung music setting or sound settings/equalizer.

Sabi nya naka disable daw yung dolby atmos, so maybe need nya ng wired earphones pra gumana yung dolby, at some point kasi, may built-in speakers talaga na di supported ng dolby atmos

You can use Dolby Atmos when using wired/wireless earbuds. 😊

Though you can also use Bixby Routines to force Dolby Atmos without any buds. That would make your speaker sound louder, but a bit spread out. 😅

I think Bixby Routines are for S series, A series here isn't available

Supported ng SOC ng phone yung Dolby Atmos. Pero yung speakers ng phone hindi qualified to support the standard. Like what the other guys said magkabit ka ng external device na supported yung standard.
