When I want to remove casing for my phone. It sometimes detaches the back plate.

Cases shouldn't detach the back plate. Yours doing the detachment thing just means one thing: your device's adhesive is already weak and is peeling off. I suggest you have your device fixed in the nearest Service Center near you.

For your convenience, you may refer to the following link for further assistance:

there are cases that are hard to remove, like my Ringke Fusion Clear. its hard to avoid not to remove the case since i have to clean my phone when dirt and small debris accumilate from the inside of the case.

Yes, there are cases that are hard to remove, but even then, it should not detach the back plate easily. Wear and tear will do, heat, or battery expanding can weaken the adhesive, but removing your case should not be the primary cause. So clean your phone if ever you need to do so, remove the case and don't be afraid to do it.

Update: Someone said that the adhesive they put only lasts a year.
