Double Tap to wake up not working on Samsung A71

Even though it's on its not working on my phone. What do you think is the problem? Thank you!

Try restarting your phone.

Try wipe cache partition.

Go to recovery mode.

I cannot go into the recover mode. 😭

To boot into Recovery mode:
1. Turn off your phone.
2. Plug in the USB cable via PC or charger (in case its USB-C to USB-C).
3. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
4. Release the power button when the logo shows. When you see the recovery screen, release the volume up button.
