Downloading do not turn off

Can someone answer me I'm from Philippines I have a problem in my Galaxy Samsung A02 there is a blue screen and it said Downloading do not turn off target I already tried some ways do you also experience this kind of problem? I already tried what said in the screen to volume up and power off key for 7 sec and tried to reboot or factory data reset but it will always back to blue screen

it just showed up from notification and I do the software update I kept researching why and it is said it failed to software update

No I'm not. I'm using A12 and it still works properly after a software update.

I don't remember sorry my phone is Samsung Galaxy A02 I just remember Software update is available then install now like that
