Hi, I'm having a problem with my Samsung A21s. Everytime I insert my earphones, it just doesn't work. I tried it with my other device and it's working. I don't know what the problem is and what to do with it. It is such a drag. Is there something I can do? Thanks!

Looks like hardware issue na. Only setting na pwede ma adjust is yung volume, other than that, pwede ma conclude na defective yung headphone jack
