Edge Lighting disappeared

Does anyone have their edge lighting disappeared after updating the phone's security patch?

Edge Lighting settings can be found by going to Settings - Notifications - and by choosing Brief - Brief Pop Up Settings - Edge Lighting Style.

While brief notifications are what that Samsung has replaced Edge Lighting with. These are also the default setting. It lights up the perimeter of the screen and shows a brief notification containing a couple of lines of info.
