Does A series and S series has different inclusion of edge lighting styles?

I saw some samsung has more varieties of edge lighting style to choose from

On my galaxy note 9 I got more effects, now sure why. I use the edge lighting + one.

I'm using Galaxy A54, and tried downloading the edge lighting+ apk
It cannot be launched and only say it's not compatible 🥲
