error playstore

My A10 cant find some apps on Play Store. It is said that, "this app is not compatible with this device." Why is this happening? Meanehile, the lowest type of samsung (A01) can find the apps my A10 cant find. What should I do to solve this problem?

try to logout from your google account. and then try to login again and check again

Let's try to get a clear cache on appl playstore and try to logout your google account after that try to login again

yea well some apps maybe "not support" in the play store. but some apps you can download in galaxy store right?🤔

Hi Yoga93! It's true that you can try to search for some apps on Galaxy Store instead of Playstore. Probably it's just because the Playstore isn't fully optimized for several apps on Galaxy. Hope it helps!
