Eye comfort shield

Need help with this.

Eye comfort shield wont apply to lockscreen. Using Galaxy A52.

Just want tp have continuity of this feature not just to be applied on homescreen but also to my lockscreen!

Done scanning the settings, clearing cache etc. 

Need new answers or solutions for this. Thank you!

Try to disable the biometric features of your phone. It probably disable the eye comfort shield for the reason that it may interfere the biometric features.
