How much storage space you have left? If you think your storage si enough for the update, then try installing the update in safe mode. Press and hold the power button until the power off prompt appears on the screen. Press and hold that power off icon until the safe mode icon appears and tap that. When you're in safe mode, head back to the settings and install the update. Hope this helps
