In the meantime, the current Samsung Galaxy phone camera has a flash that you can turn on, off or on auto.
If the lightning bolt has a slash through it, it is always OFF.
If the lightning bolt has an "A" by it, it will only flash if the camera thinks you need it.
If you want it to always flash, you need to change the flash settings to just the lightning bolt.
