I requested for product replacement and confirmed that I am willing to pay additional costs in exchange for the mobile phone accessory that I purchased online. I never got a response from ph.shop@samsung.com .  This is the worst customer service I ever received so far. Sad

I finally got a response from a Samsung agent that the return and exchange policy of Samsung does not cover my request, **bleep**. Only in the Philippines - customers are not protected. WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT EVER AGAIN. WILL REMAIN TO BE A HAPPY APPLE I PHONE CUSTOMER FOREVER.
