Gakaxy A72 screen is not responsive after 6.1 software update

When are you going to fix the bug. I need a new update fixing that issue.

Phone becomes unresponsive suddenly.

I cant lift a call or do emergency calls.

Its totally ridiculous to spend such prices and get very less quality on softwares.

Have you tried to force restart the phone?

Have you tried to get into recovery mode and clear cache?

You may also need to clear the cache for Google Play Services at the same time.

I did restart by googling it.but i hvnt tried recoverymode and clear cache.
