Galaxy A12 sreen flickering issue

Hi guys A12/Nacho users, meron po ba sa inyo present ang issue ng screen flickering? Like kumikislap yung screen, kahit naka high or low yung brightness (di ako gumagamit ng Adaptive Brightness guys, at tsaka mapapansin mo naman talaga kung pagkaiba ng flicker sa Adaptive Brightness)

At gaano na po katagal yung issue sa device nyo? Possible po ba na Software bug yung cause?

Nag wipe cache partition na po ako, pero nag aapear parin

Thanks for reaching out to us and sharing your concern. Don't worry, we will provide solutions to your screen flicker issue by following the steps mentioned below.

A) Adjust the Display Brightness:

1) Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
2) Tap on Display.
3) Adjust the brightness.

B) Update to the latest Software Updates:

Setting > Software update > Check for Software update > Download if available and Install.

C) Reset your phone.

D) Run Diagnostics through Samsung Members app

Samsung Members Diagnostics

Step 1. Open the Samsung Members app and tap “Support”.
Step 2. Tap “View tests”.
Step 3. Tap “Test all” to start Diagnostics.
Step 4. Tap "Touch screen"
 
If you have any issue/s with the performance of your smartphone after the test, you can report it from the Samsung Members app by following the next steps:

1) Open the Samsung Members app.
2) Tap “Support”.
3) Tap on “Errors reports” to send your report. You must send with the system log data. (If the issue occurred in the last 5 minutes).
 
 

If the flickering issue persists, please visit the Samsung Authorized Service Center near you.

Baka may na galaw kayong settings from your developer options po.
