hello! so yung phone ko po is Samsung Galaxy A30. nagsimula po yung problem last December 2021. tuwing naka bukas yung mobile data and nakakareceive ng calls and messgaes, naglalag siya. kumukurap po yung screen. parang nagloloko yung brightness at hindi ko ma-control yung screen. tapos noong June lang, napansin ko na nangyayari na siya everyday. medyo bothersome na. ask lang po kung ano yung pwedeng gawin para hindi na mag-persist yung problem ^^ is it because of an app or hardware problem na?

Kumukurap as in nagfliflicker ng mabilis? Or baka naka on lang yung Auto Brightness mo? The lags while data is on and when on calls might be a bug. But the screen flickering might be a hardware issue. Have your phone checked at the nearest Service Center near you, or call the hotline #GALAXY to voice out your concerns.

Please call the customer service to check your Globe/Smart Mobile/Network Service Provider about the status of signal in your coverage area. Ensure that there is no concrete walls, hindering your calls. And if Wi-Fi, check the router's physical location and its settings.
