guys bakit ganun nag shot down ung A51 ko wala naman syang history na nabagsak or nahulog aldo may crack lang ung temperd glass nya pero never ko un nabagsak and hindi na sya ma open ang sabi ng tech maybe con to con,lcd,cba hindi ako tech pero parang may problema sa a51 unit talaga ng samsung ngayon ang total ng mga papalitan is parang isang bagong unit ulit nakaka sad dahil i love samsung eh pero parang nakaka trauma samsung...

im a samsung user since champ,galaxy s,galaxy s2,note 2 and now a51 parang sa a series lang sumablay anong nangyari samsung lam ko sa system nio ung problema sa software hindi sa mga haedware na papalitan it will coz me alot kaya samsung pls **bleep** ayos lang

Theres an issue of randon reboots, freezes on some A and M series that they think uses the Exynos chips which are: 9611 & 9610. This includes A50 , A50s, A51, M31 so far. Its happening now in india but i think its now happening to the rest of the world with these devices. They say that the motherbords after updating these devices to their latest OS became busted and if you bring a unit at fault to the service center, a service crew cant provide you an answer they will just tell you that the motherboard needs to be replaced. So this is a new issue with these devices and samsung needs to sort this out!
Kung pasok pa naman sa warranty have use it. Random lang ba na mamatay tapos di nabubuhay? Check mo kung naka auto restart ka or try mo din ang wipe cache partition. Nangyari sa akin dati yan after na update. Bigla na lang sya namamatay tapos stuck sa logo or naninilaw yung screen.
Same experience sa a51 phone ko nagrarandomy restart siya update ko iupdate last november. Tinary ko na lahat pati factory reset ganun pa din at sabi din sa samsung support nung nagmessage ako is dalin na lang daw sa service center
