Does anyone else have a problem with the sound on their Galaxy? When listening to tiktok and Instagram videos, the sound gets very shoppy. I also have that problem with the keyboard sounds, sound when receiving text and so on. Can anyone help to rectify this?

Hi, We recommend you to try to perform a diagnostic test on Speaker from Samsung Members app.

STEP 1. Open Samsung Members.

STEP 2. Tap on Diagnostics.

STEP 3. Tap on Test hardware.

STEP 4. Choose the Speaker to check and optimize the performance.

By any chance do you think any moisture has gotten into the speaker?
Definitely try the diagnostic test from Samsung members or even the diagnostic menu. ( *#0*# from the dial pad )
And also try to keep your device in a bowl of rice overnight to dry out any moisture if there is any
