3 yrs na sakin itong phone ko and maayos pa lahat isang beses ko lang napalitan yong LCD na bagsak ko kasi sa mismong samsung service ako nag paayos medyo matagal service nila 2weeks bago makuha. 3300mah ang battery maayos parin hindi madaling malobat nasa pag iingat lang talaga kung pano gamitin. Ang na pansin ko lang may times na hindi ko ma open phone ko. Pero madalang lang mangyare yon at kapag iuupdate ko itong phone ko bawat update humihina ang volume so ngayon mahina ang volume naka max yong volume kapag tawag. At sa music din. Sakit na talaga ata ni samsung ang pag hina ng volume. Share ko lang. #samsungA7(2018) #volume

You can Submit report error through Samsung Members app.

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and Tap Error reports.

Step 2.Tap OK on agreement popup for sending system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category. Tap "Sounds/Vibrations".

Step 4. Describe problem in detail and SEND.
