Thè keyboard does not type all letters. I need to type and re-type again many time. This happen always when I need to wrìte a message. Ihave tried updating the system, but it hadn' worked. Do I neeď to change th phone or ther is something I can do to fix it?

Yes. SwiftKey is another keyboard that you can download from Playstore. I think that if you can tried it and it didn't work, you'll have to make a factory reset of your phone. It's very strange
